Matching pink shirts with unicorns bearing their name and dodgy French rhymes are just a small part of this deceptive crew. Lead by April Devereux, the Tribe of the Barbites are a force to be reckoned with.
Herod Sharkey once likened April, harshly but accurately, to a Barbie doll who has walked through a magnification tunnel. May Devereux, one member of the Barbites and April’s other half, is April’s first cousin. Not quite as Pink, and generally the nicest one of the pair. May is infamous for her miserable lack of dancing skills no matter how hard she tries, and her fondness for boys.
The Devereux pair spend their time scheming in their Wendy house with the rest of their ‘sisters’. Not some plastic hut crammed with dollies and toy tea sets, but an actual mini house with electricity, Internet access and running water. These serious girls tend to get up to serious business. Business that’s not all pink hearts and unicorns. Note to self: best keep a clear professional distance from this lot.
